How does the Slendid process work?
add
Create an account, complete the online health assessment, and submit your information for review by a licensed provider. The provider may request additional information or a consultation. If treatment is appropriate, the provider will develop a treatment plan, which may include a prescription.
What happens after I complete an assessment?
add
A licensed provider will review your health information and treatment goals. You may be asked follow-up questions or invited to complete a consultation before a treatment decision is made. Completing an assessment does not guarantee treatment or a prescription.
What should I expect during my consultation?
add
Your provider may discuss your medical history, current medications, treatment goals, previous weight-management efforts, and any questions or concerns. The provider may also request additional information before determining whether treatment is appropriate.
How are treatment decisions made?
add
Treatment decisions are made by a licensed provider using independent clinical judgment. The provider considers your medical history, current health, treatment goals, potential risks and benefits, and applicable clinical and legal requirements.
Will I automatically receive a prescription?
add
No. Completing an assessment or consultation does not guarantee a prescription. A prescription will only be issued if a licensed provider determines that treatment is medically appropriate for you.
How does prescription fulfillment work if a provider issues a prescription?
add
If prescribed, you may choose an available pharmacy or another pharmacy of your choice. The prescription will be sent to the selected licensed pharmacy, which is responsible for reviewing, preparing, and dispensing the medication. Processing and delivery times may vary.
How do I communicate with my provider?
add
Slendid helps connect you with the licensed provider responsible for your care. If you have clinical questions or treatment-related concerns, Slendid may arrange for the provider to contact you by phone or another appropriate method. Slendid customer support can assist with administrative matters such as your account, billing, or shipping.
What ongoing support is available?
add

Your provider may contact you by phone or another appropriate method. Any refill, dose adjustment, or treatment change requires provider review and is not automatic. For administrative questions, you may contact Slendid through Phone, Email, or WhatsApp. Slendid customer support cannot provide medical advice or make clinical decisions.
